By accessing or using ramshift.com (the "Site") you agree to these terms. These terms govern your relationship with Ramshift in respect of the Site and any orders placed through it. Products & pricing

All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. Prices are shown in GBP for UK customers and in local currency for international customers via Shopify Markets. Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without notice; the price you pay is the price displayed at the moment of purchase.

Orders

An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. If we cancel your order, you receive a full refund.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ramshift's liability for any direct loss arising from products supplied is limited to the price paid for those products. We accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law for matters between the seller and the customer. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the customer's country of residence (UK Consumer Rights Act for UK consumers, EU directives for EU consumers) apply where they are more favourable to the consumer.
