These terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between JUPI (SAS, SIREN 952 566 172, EU VAT FR55952566172, trading as "Ramshift") and any customer placing an order on ramshift.com.
ARTICLE 2 — PRODUCTS The products offered are new memory modules (RAM), sealed in their original manufacturer packaging. Published technical specifications are those provided by the manufacturers. Ramshift is an officially
authorised distributor for all brands sold.
ARTICLE 3 — PRICES Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) for UK customers and in local currency via Shopify Markets for other markets. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable (B2C). Ramshift reserves the right to
modify its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the moment the order is confirmed.
ARTICLE 4 — ORDERS An order is final once the order confirmation email is sent. Ramshift reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (pricing error, suspected fraud, stock issue). In such cases, a full
refund is processed immediately.
ARTICLE 5 — PAYMENT Payment is made online via the methods offered at checkout: bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express through Shopify Payments), PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Transactions are
secured and Ramshift never has access to your card details.
ARTICLE 6 — DELIVERY See our Shipping policy. Dispatch within 48 working hours from Germany. Delivery within 72 hours across the United Kingdom once dispatched.
ARTICLE 7 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under the French Code de la consommation (article L221-18) and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the customer has a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, with no need to provide a reason.
See our Refund policy for the full procedure.
ARTICLE 8 — WARRANTIES
Products benefit from the statutory two-year conformity warranty and from the manufacturer's warranty (often lifetime for memory modules). The terms for warranty claims are described in the Refund policy.
ARTICLE 9 — LIABILITY
Ramshift's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. Ramshift shall not be liable for indirect damages (data loss, system unavailability, loss of profit, etc.).
ARTICLE 10 — DATA PROTECTION
