Returns & refunds
30-day right to return
Under EU and UK consumer-protection law, you may return any memory module within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The module must be in its original packaging, unopened and untampered with. Once we receive and inspect the return, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Faulty or defective modules
If a module is faulty out of the box, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund. We test every faulty return before processing — if a fault is confirmed, all return shipping costs are covered by us.
Warranty claims
Most memory modules carry a lifetime manufacturer warranty from the brand (Corsair, Kingston, Crucial, G.Skill, Patriot, ADATA). For warranty claims beyond 30 days, we can either guide you through the manufacturer's RMA process or handle it on your behalf — your choice.
How to return
- Email us at contact@ramshift.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid label if applicable.
- Pack the module in its original packaging and post it back.
- Once we receive and inspect, the refund or replacement is processed within 5 business days.
What is not returnable
Modules that have been installed and tested are not returnable unless they are faulty. Modules with damaged or missing original packaging may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
