Shipping & delivery
UK delivery
- Free UK delivery on orders over £250.
- For orders below £250, delivery is £10 plus £10 customs handling (£20 total).
- All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation, Monday to Friday.
- Delivery typically takes 72 hours across the UK once dispatched.
- You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
International shipping (EU & other)
We ship across the European Union and to select countries outside the EU. International rates and lead times vary by destination — they are calculated at checkout.
Customs & duties
Ramshift dispatches all orders from Germany. UK orders are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms when the £10 customs handling fee is applied, so you have nothing to pay at delivery. EU orders are not subject to customs duties.
Order tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking link has not arrived within 48 hours of order confirmation, please get in touch at contact@ramshift.com.
Lost or damaged parcels
In the rare case a parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of dispatch. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our returns policy.
