What we collect
- Name, delivery address, email and phone number — to fulfil your order.
- Payment details — processed securely by Shopify Payments or third-party providers (PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay). We do not store card details on our servers.
- Browsing data — anonymised analytics to improve the site experience.
How we use it
- To process and dispatch your order.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmation, tracking, dispatch notice).
- To send marketing emails — only if you have explicitly opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To comply with our legal obligations (accounting, fraud prevention).
Who we share with
We share data only with the providers necessary to deliver your order: Shopify (e-commerce platform), payment processors, and shipping carriers. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
